The petitioner herein who was called for an enquiry on the complaint given by one Kasthuri is before this Court alleging that the respondent police is harassing him in connection with Cr.No.Not Known.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that earlier the petitioner when called for enquiry regarding the complaint given by Kasthuri, gave a letter stating that due to some personal reasons he was not able to marry her and promised to marry her in due course. In the present petition, it is stated that in connection with the money transaction with one Gayathri, police is harassing him.

3. This Court is not clear how many complaints are pending against this petitioner and on the truncated information, the protection sought cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
