Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the First Respondent in Proceedings No.Nil dated 18.07.2015 publishing the Petitioner's result as not qualified and quash the same and direct the First Respondent to consider the petitioner as an eligible candidate for recruitment to the post of Sub Inspector of Police (Taluk) and allow the petitioner to participate in the further recruitment process either on the dates fixed for the same or on any other subsequent dates and consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Sub Inspector of Police (Taluk).

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The impediment in the way of the petitioner to be eligible for recruitment as a Sub Inspector is an order of punishment, which has been sustained at the appellate and revision stage. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed a writ petition, being W.P.No.31192 of 2015, in which notice has been issued and the matter is to be listed on 30.11.2015.

3.Learned Additional Advocate General assures that all necessary steps including filing of counter-affidavits, etc., will be taken to facilitate the final hearing of the matter on 30.11.2015.

4.The result would be that if the petitioner succeeds in that petition, his result may be declared, otherwise, he would stand disqualified. We are sure that in case the petitioner is qualified, he can always be accommodated and there is no need to keep any reserved seat in this behalf.
