(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) These petitioners have come forward to implead themselves as party respondents in the main writ appeal. They claim that the land in question was declared to be excess land under the Land Ceiling Act and out of the excess land, assignment orders have been given to these petitioners. Though initially Patta was refused because of the litigation, subsequently Patta also had been issued in their favour. Therefore, they want to place those factors before this Court for complete adjudication of the issue raised in this writ appeal and hence they seek impleadment in the writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the State.
3. Since these petitioners are the assignees of the land in question and they also claim that subsequently Patta had been issued, they should also be heard to have a complete and effective adjudication of the issue raised in the main writ appeal. C.M.P.No.9191 of 2020 in W.A.No.1271 of 2013 themselves impleaded has to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, the C.M.P., is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. After amending the cause title as ordered today in this C.M.P., the main writ appeal can be posted for hearing on 30.01.2024.
