This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 265 days in filing the above criminal appeal filed against the order made in CC.No.278 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem dated 03.05.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 265 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
