Common Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.11519 & 11520 of 2020, dated 06.08.2020. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Shunmugasundaram in both Crl.O.Ps.

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) C O M M O N O R D E R These applications have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court.

2. While granting bail to the petitioners, this Court directed the petitioner in Cr.l.M.P.No.5122 of 2020 and the first petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5102 of 2020 to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station every day 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further Orders and the petitioners from 2 to 11 are directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further Orders 2/5

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on oral instructions submitted that the petitioners are complying with the Order of this Court from 08.08.2020 till date.

4. It is seen that no adverse report whatsoever, brought against the petitioners. Further the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5122 of 2020 and the first petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5102of 2020 being the MLA and the Sessions in the Assembly commences from 14.09.2020, the direction of this Court to remain the petitioner outside the jurisdiction of Chennai will certainly tamper his movement and the same will prevent him from appearing before the assembly.

Having regard to the nature of allegations found in the petitions and as no adverse remarks against the petitioners have been brought to the notice of this Court, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thiruporur Police Station on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders. 10.09.2020 vrc 3/5
