This application has been filed to permit the applicants to recall the witness on the side of the applicants.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that no witnesses have been examined on the side of the applicants, therefore, filing of the present application to recall the witness may not arise and the present application is not maintainable.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the documents placed on record.

Considering the fact that till date no witnesses have been examined on the side of the applicants / defendants, therefore, the question of permitting the applicants to recall the witness would not arise.
