ORDER

Seeking to survey the land situated in Survey No.193/5-B, Pallikuppam, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District, the petitioner made an application on 26.02.2014. The petitioner has paid necessary fees for the same. Since no steps have been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application dated 26.02.2014 and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the first respondent to take appropriate action on the application made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. right over the said property, if so required. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
