2. Even though the name of 11th respondent is printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of him.

3. This Court is of the view that since 11th respondent is a purchaser of the property, during the pendency of the suit, it is necessary to implead 11th respondent as a party defendant in the suit. Hence, this Application is allowed.

4. Post the matter on 11.08.2022.

Plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and other places, on or before 05.08.2022.
