Rev.Aplw.No.129 of 2024 Rev.Aplw.No.129 of 2024 S.S.SUNDAR, J.

AND N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The grievance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that though a Demand Draft, dated 25.09.2024 is drawn and offered to the Registry, the Registry is unable to accept the same.

2. This Court directed the compliance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, dated 29.07.2024. Therefore, this Court finds that payment of costs on 25.09.2024 is not in compliance.

3. Since the petitioner has honestly made an attempt to comply with the direction, this Court, taking a lenient view, is giving this direction to the Registry to accept the payment in the form of Demand Draft, dated 25.09.2024 by treating the deposit as one in compliance with the direction of this Court made in the order, dated 29.07.2024.
