BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6925 of 2022 IN CRL OP.33354/2019 M.RAJARATHINAM [ PETITIONER ] Vs S.H.O., [ RESPONDENT ] LAND GRAB SPECIAL CELL, DISTRICT CRIME BRANCH POLICE STATION, CUDDALORE DISTRICT CRIME NO.25/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.138/2020 dated 08.01.2020 in Crl.OP.No.33354/2020 dated 08.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.138 of 2020 on 08.01.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33354 of 2020 dated 08.09.2021 to appear before the Respondent Police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
