2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's application/requisition dated 11.05.2022 will be disposed on merits and in accordance with law, if the same is in order.

3. Recording the above submission, both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
