ORDER

This Court vide order dated 08.07.2025, by consent, has referred the matter to the Mediation to resolve the disputes between the parties.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides submit that the parties have settled the dispute before the Mediation and to that effect, the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 03.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Hence, the learned counsel on either side submit that the Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated 03.09.2025.

3. The said Settlement Agreement, dated 03.09.2025 filed by the parties is taken on record. This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated 03.09.2025 entered between the parties. The

Settlement Agreement, dated 03.09.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.

4. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant is dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted of the charges levelled against him.

5. The respondent/complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount, which was already deposited by the accused in S.T.No.2674 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhavani, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the clause (c) contained in the Settlement Agreement, dated 03.09.2025 shall be complied with by the petitioner.
