O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2016 complying with the procedures mentioned in the 1st respondent's Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to cancel the Power of Attorney and the Sale Deed, the respondents 1 to 3 have not passed any orders so far. 3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, after giving notice to respondents 4 to 8, in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to respondents 4 to 8, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
