(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari calling for records relating to the impugned e-sale notice of the first respondent, dated 13.04.2023, and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has directly come to this Court without approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. There will be no order as to costs.
