(CRIME NO.505 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the Condition para no.6 that the Petitioner has to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor instead of surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Ulundhurpet imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11678 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11678 of 2022 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanoor instead of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundhurpet.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court does not find any reason to modify the conditions. However, time already granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11678 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 is extended till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.06.2022, failing to comply with the same, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
