This petition has been filed to set aside and modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11066 of 2024 (a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in Crime No.123 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. The injured shall withdraw the said amount towards his medical expenses.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting the bail by the trial Court dated 10.04.2024 and condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in Crime No.123 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is not unable to mobilize the funds. Hence, he seeks modify the conditions imposed by the court below.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the reasons stated by the petitioner is justifiable. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- in Crime No.123 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
