ORDER

The petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.19/2017 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506 (ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984 and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2015, seek a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, to consider the bail application to be submitted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders. The petitioner is directed to give advance notice to the Additional Public Prosecutor before the said court. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
