This writ petition is listed today, under the caption "for being mentioned", at the request made on the side of the second respondent. 2.The learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that there was no consent offered by the second respondent for considering the claim of the petitioner, whereas in the fourth paragraph of the order dated 28.10.2021 passed in WP.No.13724 of 2021, it was recorded that "the learned senior counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection for the same". Stating so, the learned senior counsel sought to modify the said portion of the order. 3.Having regard to the submission so made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent, this court is inclined to modify the paragraph 4 of the order dated 28.10.
2021 passed in the afore referred writ petition, which reads as follows: "4.
merits and in accordance with law."
Accordingly, paragraph 4 of the order is modified. Except the same, the order remains unaltered in all other aspects. 4.Registry is directed to issue order copy afresh to all the parties, after carrying out the necessary correction.
