This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the eligibility of 3rd and 4th respondents with regard to tender No. RFx No.V162C21004 and disqualifying them process the tender as per the terms from the remaining ranked bidders.

2. Pending writ petition, contract was awarded in favour of the fourth respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
