ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, to dispose the trial in C.C.No.214 of 2018.

2.It is seen that a complaint has been filed in C.C.No.214 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 119, 120(b), 166,167,409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471, r/W 506(i) IPC on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, and the case is pending for trial.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case is of the year is 2016, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.214 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
