ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 06.05.2022, at about 10.00 p.m., while the defacto complainant was in Medical shop, the petitioner and two other persons waylaided the defacto complainant and attacked him with iron rod and thereby he sustained injury. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and two others attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and caused injury. He further submit that the petitioner has four previous cases which are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and also considering that the petitioner has four previous cases similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
