ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Learned Principal District Judge, Erode to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass such orders Crime No.96 of 2026 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, Sathyamangalam Police Station, Erode. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.It is seen from the records that there is a Land dispute. The defacto complainant has taken the land on lease from one Sivakumar. In the said property, it was fence. There was a dispute between adjacent landowners, namely the accused, who allegedly damaged the fence. When questioned, the defacto complainant was assaulted and abused by the accused. It is further seen that there has been a property dispute between Sivakumar and the accused family.

4.In view of the above factual position, there shall be a direction to the Learned Principal District Judge, Erode to consider the petitioner's bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender, in connection with

Crime No.96 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent Police and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the victims under Section 15-A of the SC/ST (PoA) Act, 1989. The petitioner shall surrender before the jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of fifteen days from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.
