Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order of the third respondent vide Memo No.231/Ni.Pi.3/Asst.4/fileU.G.cable/2011-1 dated 08.05.2014 and consequential order in Memo No.231/Ni.Pi.3/Asst.4/fileU.G.cable/2011-2 dated 28.05.2014 and quash the same and directing the respondents to refund the amount recovered from the salary of the petitioner with interest.

No costs.
