Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.OP.No.7439 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022 on the file of the respondent and pass such further or other order and thus render justice.

K.A.PRABAHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7439 of 2022 on 04.04.2022.
