ORDER

This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 & 2/accused 1 & 2 by the Principal District and Sessions Court at Coimbatore dated 26.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1618 of 2024. 2.

It is reported that the first and the second respondents were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 26.03.2024, by the Principal https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL OP NO. 10040 of 2024 District and Sessions Court at Coimbatore The petitioner had challenged the said order before this Court. This Court vide order dated 11.07.2024 had directed the first and the second respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) totally. The petitioner herein challenged the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(Crl) No.12757 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court had allowed the petition setting aside the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Therefore, there is no necessity to comply with the orders passed by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2024.
