ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is to direct respondents 2 and 3, i.e., the Deputy Director, Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Salem Region and the Commissioner, Attur Municipality respectively, to proceed against respondents 5 and 6 as per Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. It is an admitted fact that respondents 2 and 3 have proceeded against respondents 5 and 6 as per Sections 56 and 57 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

In this view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
