This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to return the cheques bearing numbers 902253, 902254, 902255, 902256, 902257 and 902258 drawn on Indian Bank, Vaniyambadi Branch to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has settled all outstanding disputes. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
