O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notification issued by the third respondent/Election Officer for conducting election to the Office Bearers for the third respondent society.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already he has filed a petition under section 90 of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act, challenging the election to the Board of Directors before the second respondent and he will be satisfied that the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass suitable orders within a time frame.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.09.2018 filed under section 90 of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act, and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
