ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to make correction in the birth certificate of petitioner's son namely V.Santhoshkumar, father name as V.Viswakumar instead of Vinothkumar by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2018.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent, to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2018, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
