ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.01.2023 and dispose the Appeal presented by the petitioner on 21.06.2021 vide Proceedings No.2190/M1/2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the Statutory Appeal preferred by the writ petitioner under Section 77-A of the Registration Act has not been disposed of and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. The petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 21.06.2021 and it is pending for the past more than one and half (1 1⁄2 ) years.

4. This being the factum, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 21.06.2021 by following the procedures and by affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned as expeditiously as possible.
