2. This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction family pension to the petitioner from June 2020 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2020.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2020.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2020, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
