Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time of the order to comply with orders of this Hon`ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.576 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of The public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.576 of 2022, dated 11.01.2022, for comply with the order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to illness, the petitioners could not able to comply with the order within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to comply with conditions within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
