ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 420 of IPC and under Section 91 of RPWD Act 2016, in Crime No.5 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner obtained certificate for disabled persons by creating forged documents. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that petitioner obtained certificate for disabled persons by using forged documents. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. It is seen that the petitioner obtained certificate using fabricated document. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
