(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of the Collector dated 31st July, 2015 and makes an endorsement to that effect as under:

"Writ Petition withdraw as dismissed with liberty to challenge Collectors order dated 31/7/2015."

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Collector dated 31st July, 2015, if so advised. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 2015 is closed. No costs.
