This Writ Petition has been filed challenging notice dated 05.12.2020 issued by the State Tax Officer/sole respondent. The petitioner has also replied to the notice and as of now proceedings are pending. As such, I see no justification to grant the relief sought for in this Writ Petition and no legal ground or argument is raised before me justifying this challenge to the notice. I am thus of the view that this Writ Petition is pre-mature. Let the proceedings go on before the authority and be concluded in accordance with law.
