filed in the light of judgment and decree in O.S.No.141 of 2011, on the file of District Munsif Judge, Ulundurpet and not to register any subsequent deed in respect of his property.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Saravanakumar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that, this court has already passed an order dated 05.03.2021 in W.P. No. 5623 of 2021 in respect of same property. Hence, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

3. In view of the order passed by this court in W.P. No. 5623 of 2021 in respect of same property, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
