ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.7 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent/complainant, insofar as petitioner herein is concerned.

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that by an earlier order dated 24.08.2017, this Court had directed the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.7 of 2017 with in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The present petition is filed on the ground seeking for quashing the FIR. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the F.I.R. are all factual in nature and this court, exercising its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seems, would not be justified in rendering a finding of fact which requires investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under these circumstances, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.7 of 2017 and file a final report, within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
