COMMON ORDER Both parties have appeared before the Mediator and have settled the outstanding issues between themselves relating to maintenance as well as the custody of the child by settlement agreement dated 15.10.2024.
2. Heard Mr.Abhinav Parthasarathy for the civil revision petitioner and Ms.K.Srivdevi for the respondent.
3. Mr.S.N.Balaji, appeared through virtual mode and Mrs.S.Deepalatha appeared in person. Both of them stand by settlement agreement.
4. In the light of the unequivocal settlement made by both parties and the submissions made by the counsel on either side, the civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.10.2024. The settlement agreement dated 15.10.2024 entered into between the parties before the Mediation and conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected CMPs stands closed.
