O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to monitor the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.780 of 2015, before the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
