Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

This Writ Petition is filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from cancelling the sale deeds registered in the name of the petitioner herein, in Doc.Nos.825/2009, 826/2009, and 827/2009, registered in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Thiruporur, Kancheepuram District.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that Doc.Nos.825/2009, 826/2009, and 827/2009, registered in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Thiruporur, Kancheepuram District, had already been cancelled, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, on 3.11.2014, made in Crl.O.P.No.25291 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
