ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant petition is filed to quash the notice dated 27th July, 2015, issued by the respondents 2 to 4, calling upon the petitioner to vacate the premises in question. None appears for the petitioner. We have perused the pleadings and documents appended thereto.

This petition is filed by the occupant of the second floor, which has been found as per the planning permission. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.13020 of 2015, no further adjudication is necessary. Thus, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
