The learned counsel for the respondent states that the theaters are not permitted to run due to pandemic situation and therefore, there is no possibility of releasing the subject movie in future.

2. Recording the same, the interim order already granted by this Court is made absolute with liberty to the respondent to approach this Court for appropriate orders as and when the theaters are permitted to release the subject movie.

3. Post the matter on 03.09.2021.
