This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the F.I.R. 1176 of 2015 dated 19.9.2015 pending on the file of the respondent police to include and investigate for the offences under sections 307, 326 of IPC along with the offences under Section 147, 341, 294(B), 323, 324 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as a counter case against this petitioner in crime No.1177 of 2015, in which also, a thorough enquiry needs to be conducted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The prayer as prayed for by the petitioner is not maintainable. However, during the course of investigation, if offences under Sections 307 & 326 IPC surfaces, it is needles to say that the respondent police should file alteration report before the concerned Court.
