Prayer Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, to declare that the instructions given in the test booklet published by the 1st respondent for the NEET for the year 2018-19 that "In case of any ambiguity in translation of any question, English Version shall be treated as final" is arbitrary and not binding on the petitioner and consequently direct the 1st respondent to give additional 196 marks in the NEET Exam for the 49 ambiguous questions in the Tamil NEET paper to the petitioner who took the NEET exam in Tamil in the year 2018 before the merit list is drawn based on NEET marks for selecting candidates for the MBBS seats in the Government Medical Colleges, Government quota seats in the Self Financing Colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu and the MBBS seats in the Raja Muthiah Medical College in the Annamalai University 3rd respondent herein.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
