ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to accept the Sale Deed dated 20.03.2025 and to register the same.
2.Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader based on the instructions received from the 2 nd respondent submitted that objections have been submitted by the 3 rd respondent and based on the same, the 2 nd respondent wanted to conduct an enquiry and that the petitioner was not coming forward for the enquiry.
3/5 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was never informed by the 2 nd respondent and therefore, the petitioner will participate in the enquiry, if called for by the 2 nd respondent.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made on either side, there shall be a direction to the nd respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and the 3 rd respondent and a final decision shall be taken with respect to the registration of the Sale Deed, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
