Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent vide Refusal Number RFL/DAMMAI/1/2023 dated 16.02.2023 and also the order of the 2nd respondent vide Letter No.692/Aa1/2023 dated 22.02.2023 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to register the document and release the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the 3rd respondent dated 16.02.2023 and also the order of the 2nd respondent dated 22.02.2023 and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to register the document and release the same.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
