Crl M.P.No.7486 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1313 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and N.SENTHILKUMAR, J., This petition has been filed to amend the Crime No. of the case as 347 of 2016 instead of 374 of 2016 and the petitioner's father's name as Sukkan instead of Sukaan, in Crl.A.No.1313 of 2024 and in Crl.M.P.No.2466 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1313 of 2024.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this amendment petition stands ordered.

3.Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in Crl.A.No.1313 of 2024 and in Crl.M.P.No.2466 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1313 and also in the order of this Court passed on 26.03.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
