Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned circular dated 22.6.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent relating to the break system from I year to II year of B.A.B.L. (Hons) Course and the list published by the 1st respondent and signed by the 2nd respondent on 22.6.2015 regarding the failed candidates in more than 3 subjects and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the second year course of B.A.B.L. (Hons) without any break in all aspects and without hurdle or disturbance in any matter.
