This application has been filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to amend the plaint in respect of the third plaintiff by by adding the word 'HOLLA" and the name should be shown as "SUSHMA HOLLA PRASANNA RAO" instead of "SHUSHMA PRASANNA RAO".

2.The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has no objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the fact that the amendment in the name of the third plaintiff will not change the character of the Suit, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to permit the applicants / plaintiffs to carry out necessary amendment and file amended plaint copy by 31.10.2023.

5.Post this matter on 31.10.2023.
