ORDER

The prayer in the present writ petition is to review the rejection of application of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022 and to process the petitioner's application along with the eligible applicants.

2. It can be seen from the records that the petitioner has applied for recruitment to the post of Unskilled Office Worker under the Government of Puducherry. The claim of the petitioner is that he is entitled for age relaxation.

3. The petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) as he is seeking employment in the Government of Puducherry.

4. In view thereof, giving such liberty to the petitioner and keeping open all the contentions, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
